Refund Policy

1. The 14-Day Window

Refunds are handled by Ben Tomlin trading as LTC Magic, the operator of LTC Magic.

We want you to be 100% satisfied. If LTC Magic doesn't fit your workflow, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked.

2. Refund Process

To initiate a refund, contact support@ltcmagic.com with your order number. Once processed, your license key will be permanently deactivated and your activations will be cleared.

3. Exceptions

Refunds are intended for first-time purchasers. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect license key abuse or multiple repeat orders for the same seat.
