01How quickly do I receive my licence after checkout?
Your licence key is typically delivered immediately after payment. If not, use the resend option on the success page or contact support.
02How many Macs can I activate?
Each licence supports 2 Mac activations.
03What does a lifetime licence include?
A one-time licence for 2 Mac activations, with free updates through the v1.x lifecycle.
04Is VAT added at checkout?
Prices are in GBP. LTC Magic is not VAT registered, so no UK VAT is added at checkout.
05Does LTC Magic upload my audio?
No. Audio files are never uploaded. Licensing requests send a pseudonymous Keychain device identifier, your Mac’s sharing name and your licence key.
06Can I use LTC Magic for grouped takes?
Yes. Grouped Batch lets you choose the LTC lane once and stamp aligned WAVs across grouped takes.
07What if LTC Magic is not right for me?
Try it free for 14 days before you buy. If you buy and it is not right, request a refund within 14 days of purchase. One refund per customer; your statutory rights are unaffected.
