If you are stuck, contact support with enough detail for someone to reproduce or understand the issue quickly.
Helpful information includes:
- LTC Magic version.
- Operating system and version.
- License or trial status.
- Source file type.
- Project frame rate.
- Whether the workflow uses drop frame timecode.
- A short description of what you expected.
- A short description of what happened instead.
- Any validation report or error message.
For media-related problems, a short sample is much more useful than a full project. If the material is confidential, describe the issue first and support can advise what to send.
