If you are stuck, contact support with enough detail for someone to reproduce or understand the issue quickly.

Helpful information includes:

  1. LTC Magic version.
  2. Operating system and version.
  3. License or trial status.
  4. Source file type.
  5. Project frame rate.
  6. Whether the workflow uses drop frame timecode.
  7. A short description of what you expected.
  8. A short description of what happened instead.
  9. Any validation report or error message.

For media-related problems, a short sample is much more useful than a full project. If the material is confidential, describe the issue first and support can advise what to send.
