Update the App

Updates may include bug fixes, support for additional file types, performance improvements, and changes to export behaviour.

Before updating in the middle of an active project, make a note of the version you are currently using. For time-sensitive jobs, it is usually best to finish the deliverable on the same version unless the update specifically fixes an issue affecting your session.

To update, use the app's built-in updater if available, or download the latest installer from the official source. After updating, open a known test session and confirm that timestamping, validation, and export still behave as expected.
