Validation Checklist

Use validation as a final sanity check before delivery.

Check the following:

1. All expected audio files are present.
2. LTC was decoded successfully where required.
3. The selected frame rate is correct.
4. Drop frame or non-drop frame settings match the project.
5. Timeline start time is correct.
6. Grouped tracks remain together.
7. No clips are unexpectedly missing, duplicated, or overlapping.
8. FCPXML or timeline export imports correctly.
9. Media relinks on the receiving system.
10. Any warnings have been reviewed and explained.

Validation warnings do not always mean the job has failed. They mean something deserves attention before you trust the output.
